Watching Molecules Move

One glass of hot water, one of cold. The drops of coloring diffuse much faster in the hot.

The Injury

Remember that chicken coop my husband and sons were building? They built it inside our shed because of *the cold*. Moving it out of the shed was a bit of a problem....moving it out of the shed, up a hill and around the corner was down right dangerous.

I am very thankful that the move only resulted in 1 injury that my ever resourceful COOP mover was able to treat with some items we have on hand. A spare piece of trim and some duct tape. Whew!

Garden

James rented a Kubota tractor for Valentines and tilled up a huge plot for our garden this year.

Karsten and *Snowball*

This is the sweetest chicken we have ever owned. She follows the baby around pecking at his leg until he picks her up. I have to fight K and the other boys to keep her out of my home.

Spa

K and friend had a *spa* treatment.

Do yall understand how hard it is to get some good shots of the kids. All 4 of them posed nice and respectable looking all at the same time? Its hard. Like 1 out of 50 odds type hard. The older ones are easier. I can threaten them with beatings or entice with bribes but my 2 year old....now hes a problem.....

Here are some pictures of all 3 older ones doing school while I watch to make sure they pay attention and have good posture.:-)

Notice Karsten in the corner of the pic is pumping out my alchohol hand cleaner into our new carpet. Like a true mother of many ....I dont even notice even though I am looking straight at him. Maybe I do notice but my motherly defense mechanism kicks in and makes me blind to things that should make me freak out? Either way my carpet should be nice and germless now.
